Only every so often do you find a flash animation like this: perfect. Everything about it is just perfect. The animation is perfect and doesn't lag at all. the Voice suits the character and matches lip movement. The plot keeps the secret until the end. Put these things together and you have a perfect flash video.

that was relativly poor but a very good first try. reasons are: good images, bad animations (movement), but good sound.
